Borsche Digital, LLC - Copyright policy

We will not knowingly use or work on any pictures or images that are copyrighted by anyone but the person that is requesting the service.

By requesting our services and entering into an agreement with BORSCHE DIGITAL LLC, you represent to BORSCHE DIGITAL, LLC and unconditionally guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, artwork or other items furnished to BORSCHE DIGITAL, LLC for use in any project are owned by you, or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend BORSCHE DIGITAL, LLC and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by you.

You certify that you have permissions to use any images and/or text uploaded to the Family Photo History Project web sites.

You, the customer, will be held liable for any violation of copyright taken by a third party.

If BORSCHE DIGITAL, LLC receives a request that a picture be removed from the site by the owner of the picture, BORSCHE DIGITAL, LLC will forward the notice to the Family Administrator to deal with. After 30 days if a second request is received requesting that same picture be removed BORSCHE DIGITAL, LLC can delete the picture in question from the site.
